As EF coaching is a non-clinical service, it is not covered by insurance. (I'm sorry we can't even super bill)
The typical rate for a one-on-one session is $180 per session.
However, there are flexible options available to make coaching more accessible, such as:-
Sliding scale spots for those with financial constraints
-
Monthly complimentary presentations on EF skills
-
Small group coaching workshops for a more affordable option
These options provide opportunities for individuals to engage with EF coaching and gain tools to improve their productivity, organization, and overall functioning in a supportive environment.

My sessions typically last just under an hour and are available both online and in person. I adopt a client-centered approach, focusing on understanding your unique needs and circumstances. I believe in treating individuals as distinct, rather than fitting into predefined frameworks. Many of my sessions include practical skills to implement at home between appointments.
While many clients find that weekly sessions are most effective initially to build rapport, we can adjust the frequency to suit your needs, often transitioning to monthly check-ins. I understand that time and financial constraints can be a consideration, and I am committed to working with you to develop a schedule that best fits your lifestyle.
You have the option to bring a +1 to your session, whether it’s a partner, friend, roommate, child, parent, or anyone else you'd like to include. I offer support in navigating mixed neurotype relationships, helping individuals find common ground and develop strategies for managing shared living situations effectively. What to expect in a session

I am open to meeting online or in person in the Seattle, East Side, West Side, or North of Seattle Regions. Please reach out to Welcome@Catalystcounseling.net to schedule!
Professional Consultations

Family sessions typically begin with an initial session, followed by a follow-up session. During the first session, I invite both the caregiver(s) and child(ren) to participate, allowing everyone to share their experiences and discuss any challenges within the home environment. The follow-up session is generally reserved for caregivers, where I can offer a tailored plan for our sessions or provide referrals and a home strategy if I determine that I may not be the best fit for your family.
For most families, the focus transitions to parent education, where I support caregivers in creating a neurodivergent-affirming home environment and fostering a positive relationship with their children. In some cases, children may benefit from direct Executive Function Coaching, with parent education serving as a secondary focus. For a small percentage of families, especially those with specific needs, I may refer to specialists who can provide the most appropriate care and support.
